How does payment with Cash on Delivery work?

By using the payment method „Cash on Delivery“, you will pay for your order directly to the shipping service provider at the time of delivery. Therefore, the package needs to be received in person at the delivery address or the pickup location. Payment can be made in cash or by card. When paying in cash, it is recommended to have the exact order amount ready. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address in your order.

In case of a return, please state your IBAN on the return note so we can transfer the refund to your bank account. After the return has arrived at our warheouse, the refund process will be started.
